What counts as an email connection?

Each Gmail or Outlook account you connect to ESOS Inbox. ESOS works with the email accounts you already have. It does not give you a new mailbox.

Can other people on my plan see my email?

No. Plus and Family plans share a pool of connections, not mailboxes. Each person's connected mail stays private to them.
