Contact ESOS Inbox support
Questions about your account, a connected mailbox, billing, or privacy? Email us and we'll get back to you.
ESOS Inbox is made by Ecommerce Signal (opens in a new tab). Please write from the email address you use to sign in to ESOS Inbox. That helps us find your account.
What to include in your request
- The email address you use to sign in to ESOS Inbox.
- Which connected mailbox it is about (Gmail or Outlook) and that mailbox's address.
- What you were trying to do, what happened instead, and roughly when.
- A screenshot, if it helps show the problem.
Never send your password, a verification code, or full card details. ESOS support will never ask for them.
Common data privacy questions
- Does ESOS ever permanently delete my email?
- No. ESOS never permanently deletes your mail. ESOS does not ask Google for permission to permanently delete Gmail messages.
- What happens to mail ESOS moves to Trash or Junk?
- It stays in your own mailbox's Trash or Junk (Spam) folder. You can open it and move it back at any time. Your email provider may empty those folders on its own schedule. For example, Gmail empties Trash after 30 days.
- Does ESOS change my mailbox without asking?
- Cleanup shows you what ESOS found before anything changes. ESOS only acts on mail in ways you approve or set up, such as your rules.
- Can I disconnect a mailbox?
- Yes, at any time. In ESOS, go to Account, then Your mailboxes, and tap Disconnect this mailbox. You can also remove ESOS Inbox's access in your Google Account (Go to Security, then Third-party apps & services). For a Microsoft account, go to Privacy, then Apps and services. Or email support@esosinbox.com and we will disconnect it for you. Disconnecting does not delete any of your email.
- Can people on the same plan see each other's email?
- No. On the Plus and Family plans, each person's connected mailbox stays private to them.
- How is my Google data used?
- ESOS Inbox uses Google mailbox data only to provide its features. That data is handled under Google's Limited Use requirements. The Privacy Policy explains the details.
